By accessing or using the ApkaOS website or the ApkaOS app, requesting a demonstration, creating an account, or using any ApkaOS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue the use of our website and services.

• ApkaOS: ApkaOS, the provider of the ApkaOS school management software, also referred to as "we" or "us".
• Platform: The ApkaOS web app at https://app.apkaos.com, including all of its modules and AI features.
• Website: The ApkaOS website at https://www.apkaos.com.
• User: Any person who accesses the Website or the Platform, including staff authorised by a School.
• School: The school, school group or trust that creates an ApkaOS account or subscribes to a plan.
• Services: The Platform, onboarding, support and other services provided by ApkaOS.
• Content: Any data, documents, images or messages uploaded to, stored in or sent through the Platform.

• Users must have authority to represent their organization where applicable.
• Information provided should be accurate.
• Users are responsible for complying with local laws.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining login credentials.
• Protecting passwords.
• Keeping account information updated.
• Not sharing accounts without authorization.

Users agree NOT to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious software.
• Disrupt platform operations.
• Reverse engineer the software.
• Copy proprietary content.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Platform.
• Violate applicable laws.

• ApkaOS offers Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans. Features, branches, storage and credits depend on the selected plan.
• Every plan starts with a free trial. There is no setup fee.
• Plans are billed monthly. The monthly bill is the plan's starting price or the number of students multiplied by the plan's per-student price, whichever is higher.
• All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added to every invoice.
• Subscriptions are paid through a secure Razorpay payment link sent with the GST invoice.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of message credits, and Growth and Pro also include AI credits. AI credits renew on the 1st of every month.
• When message credits run out, WhatsApp and SMS messages cannot be sent until more credits are added. Emails do not use credits.
• Plans can be upgraded or changed at any time. The new price applies from the next bill.
• Enterprise pricing and any custom terms are set out in the applicable agreement or order form.

Current plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Access to the Platform is delivered online, as described in our Service Delivery Policy.

Schools can send Razorpay payment links to parents for school fees. Fees paid through these links go directly to the School's own Razorpay account. ApkaOS does not collect or hold these funds.

Each School is responsible for its fee structures, the amounts it charges and its own Razorpay account.

Schools use ApkaOS to send WhatsApp, SMS and email messages to parents and staff. Each School is responsible for the contact details it adds and for the messages it sends.

AI features, available on Growth and above, generate answers, summaries, alerts and recommendations from the School's data. AI output may not always be accurate and should be reviewed before acting on it.

All software, branding, logos, designs, documentation, graphics, and content remain the intellectual property of ApkaOS unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Redistribute
• Modify
• Resell
• Reverse engineer

without written permission.

Users remain responsible for content they upload or submit.

• School information
• Documents
• Messages
• Images
• Student-related information

ApkaOS does not claim ownership of customer content.

ApkaOS uses trusted third-party services, such as:

• Razorpay
• WhatsApp and SMS messaging providers
• AI model providers
• Our own VPS hosting infrastructure
• Cloudflare R2 (document and image storage)
• Google Calendar (demo bookings)
• Email delivery providers
• Analytics providers

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Infrastructure issues
• Events beyond reasonable control

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

The website and platform are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ApkaOS does not guarantee that the website or platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ApkaOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold ApkaOS harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these terms.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Violation of applicable laws.

ApkaOS may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Security risks arise.
• Subscription obligations are not fulfilled (where applicable).

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan.
