To provide these features, relevant school data may be processed by AI model providers. AI features only work with the data of the school that is using them.

When a school sends WhatsApp, SMS or email messages through ApkaOS, the recipient's phone number or email address and the message content are shared with our messaging providers to deliver the message. Delivery logs are kept so schools can see what was sent.

Fee payments by parents are made through Razorpay payment links and go directly to the school's own Razorpay account. ApkaOS subscriptions are also paid through Razorpay. Payments are processed by Razorpay on its own secure payment pages.

We do not sell personal information.
